If you are coming from Florence, follow the directions for Bagno a Ripoli. Once in Viale Europa, head towards Bagno a Ripoli on Via Pian di Ripoli (SP34), then straight ahead towards Rosano on Via di Rosano. After about 500 meters turn right into Via di Rimaggio and continue straight on Via Vicchio and Paterno for about 1km until you find La Gargotta on your left.
